Recently, a roadshow was held in Suzhou aimed at developing high-end consumer medical devices a leg up in their development.

The event was held in the hope of accelerating the development of the concentration of medical and health care projects in the northern part of Suzhou.

At the event, the participating teams presented their projects to the jurors from China Association for Medical Devices Industry, the National Innovation Center par Excellence (Suzhou) Service Center and a number of investment organizations.

Among the projects were those focusing on invisible orthodontics and soluble microneedles for medical uses and one-stop solutions for intelligent health care.

The jurors gave scores to the projects based on comprehensive evaluation of the innovativeness, technology and industrialization potential, and discussed with the projects opportunities for cooperation.
